Please read the terms and conditions carefully before obtaining or using the services.
Conditions
- You must update the patient's information in case of a change in contact numbers or home address.
- You must designate one person from the family to be responsible for communicating with the home caregiver.
- The patient/family must properly treat the caregiver.
- The patient must be ready and clean for the session when the caregiver arrives.
- You must prepare a dedicated and safe place for the caregiver to provide their medical and rehabilitation services without interruption, such as the presence of a television, family visitors, or other family members during the session, to protect the patient's privacy.
- The patient must remain in one house during the treatment period: the continuity of treatment - in case the patient changes their location - depends on the availability of appointments in the new area.
- In case you wish to cancel or change the date of a home visit appointment during the contract period, you must notify us at least (24) hours before the scheduled visit time, except for weekends. If we are notified less than 24 hours before the visit time, the full cost of the visit will be charged to your account.
- If you wish to cancel the entire contract - before the start of the treatment plan - you must submit a cancellation request one week before the start of the treatment plan. If you submit the cancellation request less than a week before the start of the contract, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total contract value will be charged and the remaining balance will be returned to you - if any.
- If the appointment is canceled after the caregiver arrives at your home, the full cost of the visit will be charged to your account.
- The visit will be canceled and its full value will be charged if the caregiver arrives at your home and waits for more than (15) minutes without being received.
Services
The services constitute a technology platform that enables users of Rfad Al-Insaniyah’s mobile applications or websites to request individual session services and support services with independent third parties providing these services, under an agreement with Rfad Al-Insaniyah Company (external service providers “Caregivers”). The services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless Rfad Al-Insaniyah Company agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement with you. You acknowledge that Rfad Al-Insaniyah Company does not provide individual session services or support services or operate as a medical center and that all individual session services and support services are provided by independent external service providers who do not work for Rfad Al-Insaniyah.
Restrictions
You are not allowed to do the following:
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the services.
- Copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, circulate, publish, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Rfd Al-Insania Company.
Provisions
- You undertake that the fees are paid to Refd Al-Insania Company “including value-added tax” via bank transfer or electronic payment, after which the company will send you a receipt via email or WhatsApp number.
- You undertake that the debit/credit card information you provided for use in Refd Al-Insania Company’s services is correct and accurate and that you may not use a debit/credit card that you do not legally own or that its rightful owner has not authorized you to use. You agree and undertake to provide correct and valid debit/credit card information.
- You acknowledge that the medical and rehabilitation services provided by Refd Al-Insania Company are for your personal, non-commercial use only unless the Company agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement with you.
- You acknowledge that Refd Al-Insania Company does not provide individual session services or support services, nor does it operate as a medical center, and that all individual medical and rehabilitation session services and support services are provided by independent external service providers who do not work for Refd Al-Insania Company.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Refd Al-Insania Company reserves the full right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time, and these amendments, changes, or updates shall be binding upon you automatically and immediately.
